Documents for student-visa applicant
The Applicant must provide the following documents:
① Application form(designated version from our school)(link)
② Resume(designated version from our school)(link)
③ Reason of study(designated version from our school)(link)
④ Original copy of the highest degree (Currents student may provide on-campus certificate or pre-graduate document)
⑤ Transcript report of the highest degree
⑥ Japanese language test report(If applicable)
⑦ Certificate of employment(If applicable)
⑧ 4 ID photos, size of 4cm*3cm, took in recent 3 months
⑨ Copy of passport(both homepage and page with travel history of Japan)
⑩ Copy of all pages of household book, copy of ID
⑪ School dormitory petition(if applicable)
⑫ Confirmation of essential terms
⑬ Confirmation of expenses
Documents for Payer(applicable for certain countries, please consult us before preparing)
① Payment form (designated version from our school)(link)
② Full list of family members of payer (designated version from our school)(link)
③ Notary of the relationship between the applicant and the payer

⑤ Copy of Certificate of Deposit transfer(this is to prove your financial ability to live and study in Japan)
⑥ Guarantor's Pledge (only for those who do not stay in the school dormitory

⑬ Copy of residence card(from all family members, applicable for payer who is a foreign national)
Documents for short-course/private course applicant(non-student visa applicant)

② Copy of passport homepage or residence card.
③ 4 pieces of ID photo( 4cm*3cm)
☆ Caution
① All materials must be within 3 months and being translated into Japanese.
② The submitted materials will not be returned except for the original graduation certificate and Japanese language proficiency test certificate.
③ Amount of approximately 100,000 Yen for the first month living expenses in Japan.
④ Once the materials presented are found to be false, the admission permit will be cancelled immediately.
